- Refunds will NOT be issued unless:
– The item received is damaged, torn, or defective.
– You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video/photo proof. - Returns/Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF:
– There is a size issue with the received product.
– The garment is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
– Return/exchange is requested within 3 days of delivery.
– Only size exchange will be provided. No monetary refund. - Please Note:
– Refunds are not allowed for reasons like change of mind or personal preference.
